With larger plot size having two side setback at corner of the road you need to think more of  opposite side corner of the plan so that you can design with natural ventilation and have an advantage of designing toilets kitchen which can also planned with artificial ventilation  keeping Vastu in mind. Also having double height living area makes residence aesthetically more appealing
